We’ve been watching closely for California to set up a process for farmers to get licensed to grow hemp for CBD extraction and other purposes. And the day has arrived.

California hemp cultivation license application process
The state released the application this week, but the process will be county-specific. The application must be submitted directly to the County Agricultural Commissioner rather than to the state.
We’re watching this issue closely, because we know how important this will be to the cannabis community.
The cannabis industry’s entrepreneurs who have been growing highly regulated cannabis will be poised to grow high-CBD hemp for extraction once regulation gets even more crisp.
