The gates are open for applications for cannabis cultivation and retail licenses in unincorporated Riverside County.
The Board of Supervisors tentatively approved the application process and ordinance, and will meet again on Tuesday, February 5, to potentially make changes to the timeline, scoring and the community benefit portion of the application.
But in the meantime, applicants must submit the Interested Parties Form on or before February 15, 2019. See the Riverside County cannabis page here.
NOTE: Proof of real estate is required for the Interested Parties Form. If you need real estate, Highroad can help you find it fast. We can do a zoning assessment, and we've assembled a Dream Team of realtors with whom we are in the process of pre-qualifying properties for cannabis use. Give us a call immediately to talk real estate or visit Desert Pacific Properties, LR Sanders of Kidder Mathews, Stephen Leider of KW Commercial and GilbertAvriette to see listings and look for the Highroad Pre-Qualified seal on listings.
There will be two information sessions for applicants, an opportunity to ask questions, and then the final deadline for submitting your application is currently set for April 12, 2019.
PRE-REGISTRATION for Commercial Cannabis (Cultivation and Retail Sales) Activity is now open. Please submit your Interested Parties Form on or before February 15, 2019, so you may be included in the full process, including the Interested Parties Information Meetings. You MUST submit the pre-registration form by email to [email protected].
