Founder Greta Carter Will Remain as Partner and Strategic Advisor
[DESERT HOT SPRINGS, October 24, 2019] – Highroad Consulting Group is pleased to announce Phil Valvardi will lead the company as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner effective immediately. Founder Greta Carter remains with Highroad as a Partner and Strategic Advisor. The balance of the leadership team includes Ryan Fingerhut J.D., Partner and Director of Business Development, and Simone Sandoval J.D., Partner and Director of Licensing and Compliance.
Phil Valvardi will lead Highroad as CEO and Managing Partner.
Phil joined Highroad as Chief Operating Officer in July 2018. Phil has spent most of his career leading innovative businesses within the highly regulated financial services industry. Phil was most recently the CFO at GlobeOne, a financial technology company and previously served as General Manager of the Prepaid Solutions business at Fiserv and CEO of Maverick Network Solutions, a company acquired by Fiserv. Phil also served as President of the MAC Network, one of the largest debit and ATM networks in the U.S. He also held executive positions in the payments and financial divisions of CoreStates Financial Corp., now part of Wells Fargo Bank. Phil holds a BA from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from Drexel University.
Founder Greta Carter will remain with Highroad as a Partner and Strategic Advisor. Greta’s deep experience as one of the trailblazers in the cannabis space will continue to enhance ongoing business development and strategic initiatives at Highroad.
Ryan Fingerhut J.D. remains as Partner and the Director of Business Development, guiding the continued expansion of Highroad’s business.
Simone Sandoval J.D. recently became a Partner and continues as Director of Licensing and Compliance.
